Spin Classes
Rise & Ride
45 minutes of a heart pumping, heavy breathing and leg burning workout to start your day.
This class will be an invigorating ride. Through a series of hills, intervals, sprints, and cycling drills, riders will be pushed to challenge themselves every step of the way. Each rider is in complete control of his/her own resistance throughout the class.
Spin Express 30
Great for beginners, easy ride to get your day started and to leave you feeling energized and ready for more! This ride will feature shorter intervals, frequent form checks, and high-energy music to keep each ride fun and exciting. Modifications for each rider will be provided allowing all participants to work to their own capacity and enjoy the ride!
Spin S&E
Build your strength and endurance with this interval training class. High energy music with encouraging instruction will leave you feeling energized and ready for more! Be prepared to build muscle strength and cardiovascular endurance while tackling rolling hills and challenging your neighbor with sprints or jumps. Come put in the work and you will most definitely enjoy the reward!
Spin 45
45 minutes of high intensity interval rhythm riding that will challenge your entire body including the addition of an upper body series.
Spin+Core
30 minutes of high intensity interval riding followed by 15 minutes of a Core Burning workout.
Yoga Classes
Vinyasa Yoga
A progressive class focusing on flowing from pose to pose and linking movement with breath. In Vinyasa classes, the movement is coordinated with your breath and movement to flow from one pose to another. Modifications will be offered allowing all students to achieve the fullest expression of each pose and make the practice their own. The class will encompass a variety of postures including sitting, standing and inverted poses. Challenging variations will be offered for more advanced students yet fun and non-intimidating options for newer students will be available. This class is truly designed to welcome all levels of students.
Hatha Yoga Flow
This a level 1-2 class that includes stretching, breathing and flowing in standing postures. Hatha yoga classes are best for beginners since they are usually paced slower than other yoga styles. Hatha classes today are a classic approach to breathing and exercises. If you are brand-new to yoga, hatha yoga is a great entry point to the practice.
Heated Power Yoga
Expect a challenging sequence that builds endurance, tones the body, detoxifies and leaves feeling connected with yourself and the world around you. If you are looking to sweat in yoga, this is the style for you. As this class is like Brikam yoga, it features a sequence of set poses in a sauna-like room—typically set to 85-90 degrees and 60 percent humidity.
Yoga Sculpt
Yoga Sculpt has a strong focus on strength and intensity while sill has a mental and emotional focus. Combining free weights, Power Yoga sequencing and cardio to intensify each pose while mixing in strength-training moves like squats, lunges and bicep curls to help sweat away all the stress.

TRX
TRX is suspension training that uses body weight exercises to develop strength, balance, flexibility and core stability simultaneously. This program provides a workout system that leverages gravity and your body weight to perform several exercises. You’re in control of how much you want to challenge yourself on each exercise – because you can adjust your body position to add or decrease resistance.It is designed to deliver a fast, effective total-body workout that helps build a rock-solid core & benefits people of all fitness levels from pro athletes to seniors.
Bootcamp
The program is designed of cardiovascular conditioning, strength training and stretching.
This class is a fully functional session that mixes traditional calisthenic and body weight exercises with interval training and strength training.
Like all the session in our Boot camp program will push you harder than you could push yourself. Whether you are trying to lose weight or tone up, our programs will meet all your needs. The coaches vary the exercises and format for every workout so no two boot camp sessions are the same.
All levels encouraged.
Combo Classes
Ride & Restore (Spin&Yoga)
The first half of this class will be an invigorating ride. Through a series of hills, intervals, sprints, and cycling drills, riders will be pushed to challenge themselves every step of the way. The second half of class will be devoted to a restorative yoga practice. Restorative yoga is a form of yoga that seeks to achieve physical, mental and emotional relaxation and opening your body through passive stretching.
Spin & Tone
A 30 minute high intensity rhythm ride followed by 30 minutes of weight and isometric circuit training designed to light up all the major muscle groups.
